Xiibiit Token Terms, Risks & Disclosures

1. What Xiibiit Is

Xiibiit is a platform credit used for creator rewards, marketplace activity, resale royalties, and tokenized rights inside the DMNDX ecosystem. It is not a cryptocurrency, investment, or security.

2. Approved Uses

Xiibiit may be used to buy items, unlock content, gift users, transfer value, and support tokenized ownership features designed by creators.

3. Value & Conversion

Xiibiit may be converted to and from DOBe Pay wallet funds. Conversion rates may fluctuate and Xiibiit does not guarantee fixed value or profit.

4. Tokenized Rights

Creators may assign Xiibiit to represent digital ownership or unlockable benefits. Creators are responsible for accurately describing these rights.

5. Resale Royalties

A 2% resale royalty applies to Xiibiit-based tokenized items when resold on DXEL or DOBe Pay. Royalties are paid to the original creator.

6. Transfers

Xiibiit transfers are final. Fraud reviews may delay or reverse transfers. Abuse of transfer systems is prohibited.

7. Risk Disclosures

Xiibiit may lose value, become temporarily non-convertible, or change in utility. It is not FDIC insured or guaranteed by DMNDX.

8. Prohibited Activity

Money laundering, scams, manipulation, evading fees, botting, or misrepresenting token rights is strictly forbidden and may result in account suspension or legal action.

9. Expiration & Forfeiture

Xiibiit may expire or be forfeited due to inactivity, fraud, compliance reasons, or account termination.

10. Governing Law

Governed by Delaware law and applicable U.S. regulations. Xiibiit does not represent ownership in DMNDX or associated entities.
