DOBe Pay Times Card — Cardholder Agreement (Preview)

1. Overview

The DOBe Pay Times Card is a debit or prepaid product issued by a licensed bank partner and connected to your DOBe Pay wallet. This preview describes how the card is intended to work in the DOBe ecosystem. It does not create any rights or obligations until a formal agreement from the issuing bank is executed.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Times Card, you must: (a) be at least eighteen years old; (b) pass identity verification and any required KYC or AML checks; and (c) reside in a jurisdiction where the product is offered. Additional criteria may be defined by the issuing bank.

3. Funding and spending

The Times Card will draw on balances that are held in your linked DOBe Pay wallet or partner bank account. Until banking partners and program managers are live, no real funds are moved on this site. Any balances or transactions you see in the preview environment are simulated.

4. Fees and limits

The final fee schedule, limits, and rewards for the Times Card will be disclosed in the official cardholder agreement from the issuing bank. During preview, any fee or reward examples shown in the UI are illustrative only and may change.

5. Relationship to Xiibiit and Mosaic

The Times Card may show balances or rewards that are linked to Xiibiit credits or Mosaic income views. Card spending itself will occur in fiat currency through the issuing bank and payment network. Any future conversion between Xiibiit and fiat, or any use of card transaction data for Mosaic analytics, will be subject to additional legal and regulatory approvals.

6. No live card program yet

Until you see a clearly labeled, bank issued cardholder agreement and related disclosures, the Times Card is not active and cannot be used for purchases. The preview in this environment is for design, engineering, and investor review only.
