DMNDX Disputes Policy

Effective Date: January 2026

1. Types of Disputes Covered

This policy covers unauthorized wallet activity, Times Card disputes, DXEL marketplace claims, P2P disagreements, and earnings corrections.

2. How to Report a Dispute

Email support@dmndx.live with transaction details and evidence. Response time is 24–48 hours.

3. Unauthorized Times Card Transactions

Times Card fraud is governed by Evolve Bank & Trust and Visa Zero Liability. Reports must be made immediately for full protection.

4. Unauthorized DOBe Pay Wallet Activity

DMNDX investigates wallet disputes with Stripe. We may reverse transfers, freeze accounts, or issue provisional credits.

5. Peer-to-Peer Disputes

P2P payments are normally final unless fraud or unauthorized access is proven.

6. DXEL Marketplace Disputes

Buyer and seller disputes require evidence. DMNDX may issue refunds, release funds, or split liability based on findings.

7. Earnings Disputes

Entertime, Soundwave, and Mosaic earnings may be corrected for fraud, invalid activity, or payout errors.

8. Chargebacks & Reversals

Chargebacks initiated through banks remove funds until investigation completes. If you win, funds return; if lost, the decision is final.

9. Fraud or Policy Violations

DMNDX may freeze accounts during fraud reviews, affecting wallet, marketplace, and Times Card functionality.

10. Timelines

Typical review times: Wallet (1–3 days), Card (5–10 days), DXEL (3–7 days), P2P (1–3 days), Earnings (3–10 days).

11. Final Decision

DMNDX decisions are based on logs, evidence, Stripe/Evolve review, and compliance rules. Decisions are final unless new evidence appears.
