1. Introduction

These Terms govern your use of DOBe Pay, operated by DMNDX Group Holdings, Inc. DOBe Pay includes:

• Digital wallet balances
• Peer-to-peer payments
• Mosaic earnings
• DXEL marketplace payments
• Times Card issued by Evolve Bank & Trust
• Entertime & Soundwave payouts

2. Eligibility

To use DOBe Pay, you must be at least 18, reside in the United States, complete identity verification, and comply with U.S. law.

3. Account Creation & Verification

You agree to provide accurate information and complete onboarding through Stripe Connect. Verification is required for payouts and Times Card usage.

4. DOBe Pay Wallet

The wallet is not a bank account. Wallet balances are held through Stripe and are not FDIC-insured unless stored as Times Card spend funds at Evolve Bank.

5. Funding Sources

Wallet balances may be funded through creator earnings, Entertime sessions, Soundwave royalties, DXEL payouts, P2P transfers, and refunds.

6. Peer-to-Peer Payments

P2P payments may be delayed, held, or reversed for fraud monitoring. Payments are final unless reversed by DMNDX for policy reasons.

7. Earnings & Payouts

Earnings are processed through Stripe Connect and may be delayed depending on risk, verification, and banking systems.

8. Times Card (Evolve Issued)

The Times Card is issued by Evolve Bank & Trust. DMNDX does not issue the card or hold cardholder funds.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use DOBe Pay for illegal goods, fraud, gambling, weapons, drugs, scams, chargeback abuse, or harmful activities.

10. Fees

Applicable fees are listed in the DMNDX Fee Schedule and may change with notice.

11. Disputes

Unauthorized Times Card charges are handled by Evolve Bank. Wallet or platform disputes are handled by DMNDX Support.

12. Termination

DMNDX may suspend or terminate your account for fraud, compliance violations, or failure to complete identity verification.

13. Limitation of Liability

DMNDX is not liable for Stripe outages, bank delays, network issues, indirect damages, or lost profits. Maximum liability equals the disputed transaction amount.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Delaware law and applicable U.S. federal regulations.
