3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and operate the DOBe Pay wallet and P2P payments
• Issue and manage your Times Card through Stripe Issuing and Evolve Bank
• Deliver creator and worker payouts through Mosaic, Entertime, and Soundwave
• Maintain and update your Stripe Connect account and payout settings
• Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud and security risks
• Comply with applicable laws, KYC, AML, and sanctions requirements

• Improve DMNDX products, performance, and user experience

We do not sell your personal data.

4. How We Share Information

We share your information only as necessary to operate the DMNDX ecosystem:

A. With Stripe

We use Stripe to verify your identity, process payouts, manage your wallet balance, issue your Times Card, and detect fraud. Stripe acts as a regulated payment provider and processes your information in accordance with its own privacy policy.

B. With Evolve Bank & Trust

Times Card is issued by Evolve Bank & Trust. We share required information with Evolve for card issuance, compliance with banking laws, and regulatory reporting as necessary.

C. With Service Providers

We may share information with carefully selected vendors that help us with:

• Cloud hosting and infrastructure
• Security monitoring and logging
• Analytics and performance tracking
• Customer support tools

D. With Law Enforcement

We may disclose your information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, or if we believe it is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of DMNDX, our users, or others.

We do not share your data with third parties for their independent advertising or marketing without your explicit consent.

Your data is stored using encrypted and access-controlled systems. Sensitive financial data such as card numbers is handled directly by Stripe and Evolve Bank and is not stored by DMNDX.

• Monitoring for unusual or suspicious activity

While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
