DXEL Marketplace Seller Agreement

1. What You Can Sell

You may sell physical goods, digital goods, tokenized assets (Xiibiit), and services. Illegal, unsafe, or counterfeit items are prohibited.

Sellers must pass KYC, list items accurately, ship promptly, and honor royalty rules for tokenized assets.

Fees follow the DMNDX Fee Schedule: 5% + $0.30 for physical, 10% for digital, and 2% Xiibiit resale royalty.

Payments are processed via Stripe Connect, Xiibiit credit ledger, and DOBe Pay wallet. Payout timing may vary based on verification and risk.

Sellers must provide accurate descriptions and images. Misleading listings may be removed.

Digital goods must be delivered instantly and function as advertised. Malware or non-working files are prohibited.

Items must be shipped within 3 business days with tracking. Buyers may dispute damaged or misrepresented items.

Digital goods are non-returnable unless defective. Physical goods may be returned within 72 hours under certain conditions.

Tokenized rights must be honored. Xiibiit transfers are final unless fraud is proven. Resale royalties apply.

You may not sell illegal goods, evade fees, manipulate sales, or mislead buyers. Violations result in removal.

Disputes follow the DMNDX Disputes Policy. Buyer/seller evidence determines outcome.

Chargebacks remove funds immediately until resolved. Bank decisions are final.

Accounts may be held for fraud, risk review, or verification issues.

Sellers must only list items they own. Counterfeit or stolen items are prohibited.

DMNDX may terminate access for fraud, non-delivery, or policy violations.

Governed by U.S. marketplace laws, Stripe requirements, and Delaware law.
