DMNDX Anti-Money Laundering Program (Public Summary)
Effective Date: January 2026
1. Purpose of the Program
DMNDX maintains a Bank Secrecy Act-compliant AML/CFT program to detect and prevent money laundering, fraud, and illegal activity across DOBe Pay, Times Card, DXEL, Xiibiit, and earnings systems.
2. Customer Identification (KYC)
Users must complete KYC verification through Stripe. Enhanced checks may be required for higher-risk activity.

5. Suspicious Activity Reports
DMNDX files SARs with FinCEN when required. SARs are confidential and cannot be disclosed to users.
6. Recordkeeping
DMNDX maintains required records for 5–7 years for regulatory compliance.
7. Prohibited Activity
DMNDX prohibits money laundering, fraud, identity theft, counterfeit goods, manipulation of Xiibiit, earning fraud, and misuse of financial systems.
